Purposes of processing
The purpose of the processing is to provide statistical data aggregated by Smart Traffik to Essilor and its service provider in order to measure the allocation of marketing investments, both online and in the points of sale of its network of authorised distributors, and to optimise the management of these marketing investments.
Means
This processing is carried out by 1) the reconciliation of information on end-customer journeys in the sales outlets of authorised distributors through the use of Smart Traffik’s omnichannel Graph ID, and implemented by Smart Traffik and 2) the collection of information on end-customer journeys in the sales outlets of authorised distributors through the use of audience measurement tools (Smartbox) implemented by Essilor and Smart Traffik.
